This course outlines a step-by-step process for learning to use The Kiloby Inquiries in your everyday life.

If you only wish to use KI to resolve a specific relationship conflict or issue, you don't necessarily need to learn any of this. Instead, you can go and simply book a session with a certified facilitator who will guide you through the whole process.

Many people, however, want to go beyond that and integrate KI into their everyday lives. For this, you need to learn the basics of doing KI on your own and learn to do self-support.

When you know how to do self-support, you are at a much better position to turn this more relaxed way of relating to the world your natural habit. When something comes up in your life, you don't need to wait for a session with a facilitator to be able to look at it.

Knowing how to do self-support also enables you to go deeper by using the tools by yourself between sessions.

For most people getting good at KI is a combination of learning to do the inquiries on their own and occasionally having sessions with a facilitator. Very few people are able to look at core deficiency stories on their own, at least in the beginning.

I personally needed a lot of help from facilitators before getting proficient at doing self-facilitation.

Therefore, do not get discouraged if you find self-facilitation difficult at first. It will become easier with time as you practice and use the resources in this course. Doing sessions with facilitators also helps a lot.
